Types of Delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order products may take 2–4 weeks, depending on design and material availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Coverage

  • We offer delivery across all Emirates in the UAE.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on location and order size.

3. Delivery Process

  • Our team will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time.
  • Basic assembly and placement are included with delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that access to your location is suitable (e.g., doorways, elevators, staircases).
  • Any special handling requirements must be communicated in advance.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, re-delivery may incur additional charges.


Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos for verification.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our team via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return request.
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions are not considered defects.
  • Art Home Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
